Description: This is a 17 mile stretch of road with over 400 turns/bends/twists, 22 switchbacks, 3 tunnels (all 3 tunnels frame a view of Mount Rushmore if you look through them in the right direction), and 3 360 degree wooden pig-tail bridges. This is an absolutely stunning ride for any motorcycle. Oversized vehicles and motorhomes are banned from this road (they could never get through the tunnels, let alone the switchbacks.)

Brian F		Pay attention to on-coming vehicles crossing their lanes, especially in the 22 switch-backs, the 3 1-lane tunnels and around the pigtail bridges. This is an awesome ride for any motorcycle! Stop at the tunnels to look through them at Mt. Rushmore. Enjoy the ride!
